Dear Brother,
Our fraternity has a bright history of proudly displaying the square & compasses. In keeping with this tradition, the Delaware Masonic Specialty License Plate will distinguish you among others and promote masonry throughout your travels.
The following information will provide you with the who, what and where of how to obtain your Masonic license plate.
Delaware Masonic Specialty License Plates are only available to members in good standing of a subordinate lodge of the Grand Lodge of A.F. & A.M. of Delaware.
This link will display a Master Mason License Plate application form that you can print out and must complete in its entirety.
The form requests information required by the Division of Motor Vehicles pertaining to the vehicle on which you wish to register the license plate.
The Certificate form is available from, and must be verified and countersigned by, the applicant's blue lodge secretary.
Applications must be submitted with two separate checks. One check should be made out to the Grand Lodge of Delaware in the amount of $10.00. This fee is contributed towards the Grand Lodge.
The second check must be made out to the Division of Motor Vehicles in the amount of $10.00. This fee covers the cost of the actual license plate.
Completed applications should be returned to the Grand Lodge of Delaware, 818 N. Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, to be acted upon by the Grand Secretary as promptly as possible.
Applications submitted with incomplete application forms, incomplete certificates of good standing, or without the proper fees as outlined above will be returned for corrections.
Applications that have been received, reviewed, and approved by the Grand Secretary will immediately be forwarded to the Division of Motor Vehicles for processing.
Brothers will receive their Masonic Specialty License Plate directly from the Division of Motor Vehicles via the U.S. Postal Service.
Should you have ANY questions regarding the motor vehicle application form, the Certificate of Good Standing or Masonic specialty tags in general, please do not hesitate to contact me at (302) 652-4614.
Sincerely and fraternally,
Herbert P. Fullmer, PGM
Grand Secretary
